One e-mail address, read by the responsible editor, and a real postal address. There is deliberately no contact form on this page.
Why there is no form
A contact form collects your data on our infrastructure and would require processing, storage and a legal basis — breaking the promise made in our privacy policy that this site collects nothing. E-mail sends your message straight to us, keeps you in control of the channel, and leaves no copy on this website. It is the better arrangement for both of us.
Read by Mark Jackson, director of publication and responsible editor. Use it for:
- Corrections — something on the site is factually wrong. Please say where the correct information is published if you can. Procedure: editorial policy, section 6.
- Right of reply — you are the subject of something we published and consider it inaccurate or unfair.
- Data protection — any request under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR. See the privacy policy. We answer within one month as Article 12(3) requires.
- Legal and press — including intellectual property notices.
- Editorial suggestions — questions you think the guides fail to answer.
We acknowledge correspondence within five working days. We do not publish a telephone number; e-mail is the channel we can answer properly and keep a record of.

What we cannot help with
We are an independent editorial site, not a vendor, reseller or support desk. If your question is about an order, a licence key, a renewal, a refund, a subscription you want to cancel or a product that is not working, we have no access to any of it and cannot act. Contact the company you bought from, using the support address on your order confirmation.
Please also note: we will never contact you first asking for payment details, and no message claiming your device is infected comes from us. We have no way of knowing anything about your device.
What happens to your message
We receive your e-mail address, your message, and whatever you put in it. We use it to answer you. We keep it for as long as the matter requires and then delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not pass it to any vendor, and we do not use it for marketing. Full details in section 4 of the privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive personal data by e-mail.
Complaints to a supervisory authority
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data you may complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, uoou.cz, or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
